Bio

Lucio and Pep is a gifted duo of Italian brothers, Lucio and Giuseppe Carpentieri, who can as easily produce, perform live or DJ.
They started to work in electronic music together in May 2006, although Pep’s career in italo-dance is a long-lasting affair. These ability and experience undoubtedly allowed them to grow that fast, releasing on a huge amount of labels like Emotive Sounds, Elektrotribe Records, Footlovers Music, Regular, Machine, Ware or Karate Club, producing with Malatoid Records, and elaborating the Age of Broken Mind projects.

But they don’t only work flat out, they are also fairly cherished by the audience and the other DJs: their I’m Pyromaniac EP was bestseller on Junodownload, their remix of Airline from The Free Electric Band was 4th in the Minimaltech chart of Dancetrackdigital, and Claudio Coccoluto, the most famous Italian DJ supported Na bir e nu spniell spontaneously in his show on the Radio Deejay network.

After setting alight the Italian dancefloors with their creations and their memorable ping pong mix, they at last arrive in the electronic hometown, Berlin, for some long-awaited live acts in autumn. This year, the Black Forest’s tree leaves won’t only go red with September, but also with the Italian fire which will burst in on them.
