We are happy to present the debut album of Krtn on Elektrotribe.
As Elektrotribe is turning 15 years, we have to have a special release calendar : the debut album of KRTN is filling up the mission of reconnecting the listener with the minimalist influences of the label and of giving a futurist vision of techno.
We are excited to welcome Krtn as part of the label and to start our collaboration with such a rich & diverse album.
Krtn is Sasha Korotun aka Shatl and Hidden Deep, currently in Moscow, he’s originally from the southern Siberian city of Barnaul.
A few words of KRTN about his debut album: “I recorded these tracks during a period when the whole world was closed for isolation and there was no particular reason for joy, although I was lying, I had several important events in my life, the birth of a new one, a part of me and the acquisition of something permanent and significant for all my family. All the tracks express my mood at that moment, basically, they were composed in one breath, i caught their rhythm, fast rhythm, i wanted something fast, not to stop and at the same time, to be far from everyone and i think with me it worked and you will hear it in my tracks, my first full-length album.”
